Welcome to Gago Center for Fertility! Please take time to log in to our Patient Portal and fill out the New Patient History forms. You will need to bring your insurance card and I.D. to your visit. Please bring any records that may be related to your fertility care. Expect to be in our office for 2-3 hours for your initial visit, at this time we will review your history, records, and the physician will develop a personalized fertility testing and treatment plan.
