Ideally, this supplementation protocol should begin 3 months prior to retrieval. Please continue to take the vitamins for women who are planning to carry a pregnancy (prenatal vitamin, folic acid 4mg/day including prenatal vitamin, vitamin B12 2mg, Vitamin D 1000 iu/day)

A Chem 22 Lab Panel must be drawn prior to start of supplementation; once we have received and reviewed the results begin taking the following supplements:
